Your new role
- Conduct financial modelling, valuation, and industry research to support M&A, IPO, and capital markets transactions.
- Prepare pitch books, investment memoranda, and client presentations.
- Assist in due diligence processes and coordination with legal, accounting, and other advisors.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to support deal origination and execution.
- Collaborate closely with senior bankers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Min. 2 years of work experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly motivated team player with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
