Syndicated finance
Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and aggressive syndicated finance manager to join our team.
You New Role:
- Maintain good relationships with banks and FI to explore primary and secondary syndicated loan opportunities.
- Work closely with corporate relationship managers to get mandates as lead manager / arranger / underwriters.
- Advise on loan pricing and distribution strategies and stay updated with investor appetite
- Responsible for promoting and sell down of the bank's loan portfolio, including preparation of the relevant documents for transaction closing.
- Work with coverage team, loan operations, legal counsel and other units to finalize loan documents and to assist in the fulfillment of conditions precedent to drawdown.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration or related disciplines;
- At least 7 years of working experience related to Syndicate Loan;
- Analytical with strong negotiation and presentation skills;
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin;
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager.
