We are currently seeking to hire a Syndicate Support Analyst to join the Equity Capital Markets Syndicate team within Global Capital Markets (GCM) in Hong Kong. GCM serves as the nexus between Investment Banking and Sales & Trading. It comprises traditional market coverage and underwriting groups, as well as several product groups focused on providing customized capital structure solutions for our clients.
As part of the Equity Capital Markets Syndicate team, your primary responsibility will be to support the team through data management and internal processes.
Your new role
- Organize non-deal roadshows, PDIE, and deal roadshows by coordinating schedules and logistics.
- Act as the main point of contact for managing calendars and scheduling internal committees, which may span across Asia, EMEA, and Americas time zones.
- Manage transactions and document deals in accordance with our internal requirements.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, operational procedures, and control systems to support regulatory compliance and coordination under the HKEX FINI framework.
- Handle ad-hoc requests from the Head of APAC Equity Syndicate to assemble presentation materials for investor and internal meetings.
What you'll need to succeed
- Undergraduate Bachelor's degree.
- SFC license may be required post-onboarding
- 2+ years of work experience in a roadshow coordinator, equity capital markets support role, or similar position.
- Fluency in written English, Mandarin/Cantonese
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
