Recruitment Specialist
A global investment bank in Hong Kong is currently seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join the Campus Recruiting Coordination team in providing an efficient and smooth end-to-end recruitment process.
This is a 6-month contract position with high potential for contract renewal or conversion to perm!
Your team:
You'll be part of the Talent Attraction & Campus Recruiting team based in Hong Kong, but we're part of a team with colleagues all over the world. You'll play a role in positioning UBS among diverse, top students to proactively attract, recruit and hire the next generation of employees to drive the success and growth of our firm.
Your responsibilities:
- Schedule interviews and meetings for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Execute contracts and support the onboarding process
- Handle general candidate enquiries
- Support with projects to enhance candidate pipeline, processes, and programs
- Work seamlessly with colleagues in the wider 'Talent Attraction & Campus Recruiting' teams
- Support ad hoc tasks - coordination and administration management
Your expertise:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting / employer branding / administration / Human Resource or client-facing role.
- Preferably from banking space
- Strong attention to detail and excellent administration
- Flexible and willing to learn
- Fluent in English, Cantonese
- Team player with strong communication skills
