Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and maintenance of complete financial records and reports for the Hong Kong entities.
- ​Compile and deliver monthly management summaries and schedules to both local management and the Group Finance team.
- Ensure adherence to SFC regulations by submitting Financial Resources Rules (FRR) reports and performing client fund reconciliations.
- Manage client payment processing, including receipts and disbursements.
- Collaborate with colleagues across different regions to consolidate intra-group financial data.
- Serve as the main contact for external parties such as banks, auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Undertake ad-hoc financial assignments as directed by management.
​Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree holder or above in relevant discipline
- At least three years of relevant finance experience within the securities industry.
- Familiarity with SAP systems and VBA programming is greatly valued.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese, with Mandarin considered an asset.
- Candidates with extensive experience may be eligible for a senior-level position.
