Case Manager, Insurance Brokerage

A licensed insurance broker is looking to hire a Case Manager with at least 5 years of experience in life insurance industry, preferably with insurance products sales experience. This role requires good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

  • Manage a portfolio of life an dgeneral insurance customers, serving as a primary contact point for all their insurance-relate dneeds
  • Provide end-to-end,one-stop service through out the entire process from applicationsubmission to policy issuance
  • Follow upcloselywith insurers on underwriting processes, policy renewals, claims applications and other after-sales services, acting as a bridge between customers and insurers
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with customers,prepare insurance quotations, address inquiries and followup on policy renewals
  • Collaborate with sales team to prepare client presentations, illustrations and product comparisons, and providing support during the sales process.
  • Deliver high quality services to customers especially for MCVs,ensuring alignment with business strategies and compliance with regulatory standards and requirements
  • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, adhering to company policies and prioritizing customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate and well-documented records of policy applications to ensure properdocumentation and compliance
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
