A leading Chinese securities firm is looking to hire a middle to senior level candidate with hands-on counterparty credit risk management experience in cross-border and overseas business, derivatives products and brokerage. Professional proficiency of written and spoken Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese) and English is required.

  • Deliver effective counterparty risk management solutions for Group business initiatives, including OTC derivatives and synthetic prime brokerage business, maintain smooth interactions among business divisions as well as other support and control functions
  • Assist in the development of the counterparty risk measurement model and the functions of the risk management system.
  • Assist in developing and managing OTC derivatives business policies and procedures as well as business supporting system for the front office(FO)
  • Participate in counterparty exposure limits setting and management, maintain the risk data of FO in the risk management system and deliver risk daily report
  • Ad-hoc risk/business analyses to support management decision making
