Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
• Bring in and manage your own job mandates in a 360-degree recruitment capacity
• Source, screen, and interview candidates
• Conduct phone-based interviews
• Use various methods to find candidates (job boards, social media, referrals, databases)
• Work closely with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies
Requirements
• 2+ years of recruitment experience
• No specific industry focus—diverse recruitment backgrounds welcome
• Strong communication skills in English (fluency required)
• Comfortable working independently or in a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
