Our business partner is a well-established bank that is seeking an experienced cash management specialist as a Team Head-Cash Management, Product Marketing and Product Management.
Your new role
As a leader of the team, you will:
- Oversee product sales support for coverage bankers in Corporate and Institutional Banking to drive new deposit growth and fee-based income from bank clients
- Lead, coach, and motivate the team to align with business growth strategies and achieve sales objectives.
- Proactively acquire new business opportunities and promote cash management solutions to corporate and institutional clients in support of the bank's strategic goals
- Assess client needs and deliver tailored solutions that effectively address their financial and operational requirements
- Engage clients in strategic discussions to uncover key challenges and recommend comprehensive cash management and banking solutions
- Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers in the Corporate Banking Division and other business units to strengthen and expand client relationships
- Provide regular updates on cash management products and market trends to Relationship Managers to support client engagement and sales efforts
- Monitor the product development lifecycle, ensuring client requirements are clearly communicated to Operations, IT, and other internal stakeholders
- Support product implementation and evaluation processes, gathering client feedback to inform continuous product enhancement
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have at least 10 years of relevant experience in cash management at reputable banks. Experience in PRC institutions/ banks will be advantageous. You will demonstrate solid product knowledge of cash management products, ideally with Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or other related qualification. A tertiary degree coupled with proficiency in English and Chinese would be required. Team leadership and stakeholder management skills are essential and will be necessary for this position.
