Role and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with distribution channels and Local Business Unit (LBU) Health teams to enhance health distribution and develop innovative distribution methods.
- Work with LBU Training teams to create and deliver effective training programs that provide distribution teams with essential health-related skills and knowledge.
- Establish and manage systems to track and analyze sales activities and outcomes, identifying areas for improvement.
- Identify and implement strategies to increase customer lifetime value through cross-selling a diverse range of products.
- Collaborate with LBUs to design and review agency compensation models that incentivize performance and align with health business goals.
- Partner with LBUs to create sales incentive programs, including recognition and convention trips, to motivate agents to sell more health products.
- Lead the implementation of center-led sales enablement initiatives across various markets.
- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, sharing best practices and thought leadership.
Requirements:
- At least 8+ years of experience in sales enablement and sales training, with a focus on Health insurance.
- Excellent communication skills to convey distribution enablement objectives, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to conceptualize and develop a clear sales enablement roadmap.
- Strong project management skills, capable of working across multiple markets.
- Experience working with insurance agencies and/or bancassurance is essential.
- Experience in multiple Asian markets is preferred.
