Assistant Manager / Manager, Distribution Compensation

Job Responsibilities:

• Verify and ensure the accuracy of distribution compensation calculations and payments
• Ensure accurate deliverables on distribution payment and clawback
• Lead the development of risk control measures
• Review compensation manual, work procedures and contingency plans
• Ensure compliance with internal and external rules and regulations
• Oversee the implementation of revamped compensation, and bouses schemes
• Communicate with stakeholders to share findings on enquiries and appeal cases
• Prepare and submit monthly accrual & amortization reports to internal customers in Finance
• Lead a team of channel compensation
• Managing all aspects of system projects, including new agency compensation system setup, enhancements, and support for routine compensation verification and reporting.
• Conduct requirement analysis and prepare user requirement documentation.
• Design test cases and perform user acceptance testing and regression testing.
• Conduct post-implementation checks to verify successful deployment.
• Address production issues, oversee error resolution, and suggest workarounds.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Distribution Compensation
• FLMI qualification
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Knowledge of insurance compensation for multi-distribution channels
• Good command of both English and Chinese.
