About the Role

Drive and motivate agency to achieve business target through implementation/ execution of marketing/ incentive initiatives and provide support to intermediate and agency force. Also, to support PAD projects, events & initiatives

Responsibilities:
  • Assist Session Head to formula business plan to engage & uplift agency force's competencies and to drive their activity and productivity
  • Implement and promote PAD strategy, initiatives & events through collaboration with various departments, especially BTDD & ABDD Zone, as well as agency force to achieve business target
  • Support agency/ company events from planning to execution
  • Prepare and conduct presentation to communicate company / PAD information to agency force
  • Monitor and review the agency production progress and follow-up with intermediate
  • Produce regular reports on agency contest and performance for agency and management review
  • Provide professional service and support to agency, and liaise with internal departments to resolve complicated issues
  • Handle agency enquiries and provide accurate and timely response
  • Perform other responsibilities and duties assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/ or other requirements
Requirements:
  • Degree or above, preferably in Business / Finance / Economics
  • Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in business analysis
  • Preferable to have experience in insurance/ banking/ other wealth management industry
  • Self-motivated, independent, strong learning ability, sense of responsibility and good teamwork skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
  • Conversant in MS Word applications including Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing
