Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement and prioritization.
- Monitor squad performance using Agile metrics dashboards and identify opportunities for improvement
- Establish project scope and define business needs with stakeholders and various other functional groups.
- Perform business analysis, user story preparation, determine workflow, and give recommendations on process enhancements and system upgrades.
Skills Required:
- Private Banking / Wealth Management experience (insurance, retail banking etc will NOT be considered)
- Strong understanding of Scrum techniques and artifacts (e.g., user stories, definition of done, backlog refinement)
- Proven experience in managing demanding software development projects
- Well-versed with Agile project tools (Jira, Confluence etc)
- A keen interest in continuous learning and you are proactive in developing your knowledge and skills.
