Project Analyst | Banking Background preferred

We are looking for a talent with 2+ years of experience in AI governance, risk, and compliance within the banking and financial services industry, who possesses strong project management skills and expertise in facilitating stakeholder meetings to drive successful project outcomes.

Salary: HKD30000 - HKD45000 per month

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Support the AI governance perspective alongside product teams and business stakeholders.
  • Manage use case evaluations, including conducting second-line reviews.
  • Facilitate meetings and prepare presentation materials, including decks.
  • Drive discussions and ensure productive outcomes during liaison meetings.
  • Apply general project management skills to oversee project timelines and deliverables.
  • Collaborate on risk and compliance initiatives related to AI use case management and governance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of project experience, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proven ability to facilitate meetings and create effective presentation materials.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Project experience in AI, data governance, and risk & compliance is an advantage.
