Job Purpose:
  • Design and implement acquisition, growth, and retention initiatives tailored to affluent customers, aligned with the bank's strategic goals and value propositions for key sub-segments.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to holistically meet customer needs through cross-selling, enhancing product penetration, service upgrades, and overall profitability within the affluent segment.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop, design and implement the acquisition, growth and retention programs or activities for affluent customers in line with the Bank's strategic initiatives
  • Develop and implement actionable initiatives, according to the defined value proposition of strategic sub-segments, for customer acquisition, cross-selling, service upgrade, customer loyalty enhancement and retention etc.
  • Liaise closely with internal stakeholders to cross-sell suitable products and services to meet target customers' needs holistically, and eventually uplift product penetration and profitability of the affluent segments
  • Plan, implement and monitor sales activities, marketing campaigns, and customer events. Conduct evaluation & review on such. Also ensure efficient using of the approved marketing budget
  • Work collectively with counterparts to drive the development of user-friendly & cost-effective sales and service platforms, aiming to improve customer experience at various touch points
  • Support marketing and loyalty programs for private banking segment
Incumbent Requirements:
  • Degree holder or above in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in marketing preferably in prestige customer segment marketing, preferably in banking field
  • Attentive to details and strong sense of market trend
  • Aggressive, goal-oriented and committed to driving business success
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
