Job Responsibilities: - To support Team Lead to supervise all routine work and products offered related to treasury market settlement operations including new product/system launch/enhancement
- To assist Team Lead and constantly review operational procedures for further enhancement of operational efficiency and productivity
- To motivate and coach staff for skills and knowledge to deal with business growth as well as to mitigate the takeover risk and adopt markets best practice
- To work closely with internal stakeholder (e.g. compliance, risk etc.) to implement proper operational procedures in regulatory and compliance (e.g. AML, DFA and HKMA-RMS etc.)
- To perform other job duties such as ad-hoc reports or projects, etc. as assigned by Department Head/Team Lead from time to time.
- To ensure strict adherence to Service Legal Agreements in BAU.
Job Requirements: - University education or above
- Minimum of 8-year experience in treasury with not less than 3 years at supervisor level
- Sound knowledge in areas of treasury products
- Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements on the relevant areas and internal operational policies and procedures
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good leadership and people management skills
- Computer literacy with good excel skills
- Proficiency in Cantonese and English
