The Opportunity We are partnering with our client to identify a strategic and hands-on Head of Compensation & Benefits. This is a newly created, high-impact role for an experienced C&B professional who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments. As an individual contributor, you will work closely with senior leadership to build and scale the company's total rewards strategy from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities - Design and implement compensation structures, job leveling frameworks, and equity programs
- Develop performance-linked incentive schemes aligned with business goals
- Lead benefits strategy and manage vendor relationships across regions
- Conduct market benchmarking and internal equity analysis
- Collaborate with finance and leadership on budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations
- Build scalable processes and tools for compensation reviews
- Educate employees and managers on total rewards philosophy
Ideal Candidate Profile - 7+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally in high-growth or startup environments
- Prior experience in a top-tier HR consulting firm is highly desirable
- Strong analytical and modeling skills; proficiency in Excel and HR analytics tools
- Strategic thinker with strong execution and stakeholder management capabilities
- Fluent in
Mandarin and English
