The Opportunity
We are partnering with our client to identify a strategic and hands-on Head of Compensation & Benefits. This is a newly created, high-impact role for an experienced C&B professional who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments. As an individual contributor, you will work closely with senior leadership to build and scale the company's total rewards strategy from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement compensation structures, job leveling frameworks, and equity programs
  • Develop performance-linked incentive schemes aligned with business goals
  • Lead benefits strategy and manage vendor relationships across regions
  • Conduct market benchmarking and internal equity analysis
  • Collaborate with finance and leadership on budgeting and forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations
  • Build scalable processes and tools for compensation reviews
  • Educate employees and managers on total rewards philosophy
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 7+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally in high-growth or startup environments
  • Prior experience in a top-tier HR consulting firm is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills; proficiency in Excel and HR analytics tools
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Fluent in
    Mandarin and English
    (both written and spoken)
  • Comfortable working independently and building from scratch
