Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyse and document detailed requirements for IAM and IGA projects.
- Evaluate and enhance identity management workflows to improve efficiency and security.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and collaborate with technical teams to implement IAM/IGA solutions.
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT, facilitating workshops and providing updates.
- Ensure identity access policies meet regulatory and security standards, aiding in audit preparations.
- Create detailed documentation and provide training on IAM/IGA processes and tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 3+ years as a Business Analyst with a focus on IAM and Cybersecurity projects.
- Experience with IAM and IGA projects.
- Knowledge of IAM concepts like RBAC and PAM.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business problems into actionable requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese, capable of effectively engaging with both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Familiarity with IGA tools such as SailPoint or Okta is preferred.
- Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, CISSP, CISM, or similar are a plus.
