Sales Team Lead (Insurance)

I am seeking an individual to serve as the Sales Team Lead for my client, a leading global Insurance company in Hong Kong. He/She will lead a team to implement effective control mechanisms for contracting and licensing to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Pure Hong Kong - Hong Kong - Full time

Salary: Depending on experience

 

 


Responsibilities

  • Develop and launch digital solutions that enhance the advisor experience, align with regulatory requirements, and boost operational efficiency.
  • Oversee system design, user acceptance testing (UAT), implementation, and training.
  • Identify and execute strategic initiatives to streamline workflows and processes, optimizing overall efficiency.
  • Act as a SME for Continuing Professional Development reporting in relation to regulatory authorities.

 

Requirements

  • > 13 years of experience in agency operations E.g. recruitment, licensing, with a deep understanding of agency operations, contracting, and onboarding processes etc 
  • Relevant qualifications such as FLMI or CFP are ideal but not a must
  • Strong experience in applying for insurance licenses for advisors.
  • Cantonese is Mandatory
