Exciting new role for you
- Oversee daily finance operations, including financial and regulatory reporting.
- Collaborate with senior management on strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Monitor capital adequacy and manage investment strategies within the companys risk appetite.
- Ensure robust internal controls and compliance with financial procedures.
- Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals to achieve departmental goals.
- Report to the Group, Board of Directors, and Investment Committee on key financial matters.
Requirements
- CPA qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum 10 years of financial reporting experience, with at least 5 years in the insurance industry.
- Familiarity with IFRS 17 and Risk-Based Capital (RBC) frameworks is a plus.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.
- Immediate availability or short notice period is highly preferred.
