Job Description: - Facilitate requirements workshops to engage the various stakeholders to elicit and validate business requirements.
- Lead and manage issues during UAT, and ensure all requirements have proper traceability.
- Possess excellent business & technical subject matter knowledge.
- Respond promptly to issues raised, through good understanding of business, operational and technical considerations, and recommend sound solutions.
- Ensure traceability of requirements in each stage of the project.
- Implement solutions should meet most of the business needs, thereby suggesting there are no gaps from the user requirements.
Job Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of work experiences in a Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, or Delivery Management role within the FI/banking system domain.
- Experience with core banking systems, ATM systems, internet/mobile banking platform, insurance platforms, CRM systems.
- Ability to design comprehensive and efficient test cases based on system requirements and business specifications.
- Experience in executing test cases and validating the functionality of banking systems, ensuring all aspects are thoroughly tested.
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of defects.
- Ability to identify critical issues and escalate them appropriately, ensuring swift resolution and minimal project delays.
- Regularly monitor and manage project/test status, ensuring that progress is tracked, risks are highlighted, and timely updates are communicated to stakeholders.
- Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (both spoken and written).
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.
