As an SAP Senior Manager, you will take a leadership role in delivering innovative SAP SuccessFactors solutions to our clients. Your responsibilities will include both project delivery and team/business development:
Responsibilities of the role : Project Delivery & Solution Expertise - Lead and oversee all phases of SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects, including planning, solution design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support (Hypercare).
- Drive requirements gathering and lead fit-gap analysis to assess feasibility, impacts, and solutions for business needs.
- Define and implement scalable, high-quality SuccessFactors solutions that align with client goals and HR best practices.
- Provide quality assurance and governance across project delivery, ensuring successful outcomes and high client satisfaction.
Team Leadership & Capability Building - Lead and manage a regional consulting team, including project managers, consultants, and analysts.
- Provide mentoring, coaching, and performance management to develop team capabilities in SuccessFactors and HR transformation.
- Establish best practices and knowledge-sharing processes to grow the team's delivery excellence.
- Actively support resource planning and utilization across projects.
Client Relationship & Stakeholder Engagement - Act as a trusted advisor to senior HR and IT stakeholders across key clients.
- Manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring strong communication and alignment.
- Facilitate executive-level discussions and present solution recommendations to client leadership teams.
Business Development & Practice Growth - Identify, shape, and drive new business opportunities and proposals in the SAP HR transformation space.
- Collaborate with sales and account teams to support pre-sales activities, including RFP responses, solutioning, estimations, and client presentations.
- Lead or contribute to the development of go-to-market offerings, thought leadership, and industry-specific accelerators.
- Monitor market trends and bring insights to strengthen our value proposition in the SAP SuccessFactors space.
Qualifications Must-Have: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, HR, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP/HRIS projects, with at least 4+ years in a project/program leadership or managerial capacity.
- Proven track record in leading full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations (EC, Talent modules, etc.).
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and how they map into SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Experience managing and developing consulting teams, with strong people leadership and communication skills.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage expectations effectively.
- Fluent in business-level English.
Nice to Have: - SAP SuccessFactors certifications (e.g., EC, Payroll, RCM, ONB, PMGM, Compensation, LMS, Succession/CDP).
- Experience in business development, proposal writing, and pre-sales engagements.
- Exposure to other SAP modules or cloud HR tools is an advantage.
