(Contract) Hedge Fund Talent Acquisition Manager

An opportunity with a top international hedge fund. This is a maternity coverage role with a possibility to go permanent. You will be responsible for talent acquisition in the APAC region. Salary: HK$60k - HK$80k

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implement talent acquisition plans, manage and implement end-to-end recruitment processes, including but not limited to campus and experienced hires recruitment
  • Work closely with hiring managers on all aspects of the hiring process, including hiring strategies, recruitment cycle timing, coaching and guidance on best practices and sourcing trends
  • Manage and work with recruitment agencies for specialist and secondment placements
  • Develop and utilize different channels / platforms for employer branding and talent sourcing
  • Manage projects related to recruitment process streamlining, assessment tools review and revamp, workflow digitalization and automation, etc.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 7 years relevant experience, in hedge fund, investment banking or financial institutions
  • Familiar with candidate assessments, hiring intelligence and technology application
  • Sound knowledge of Employment Ordinance and other relevant laws and regulations
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English
