Principal Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to retail clients across our branch network.
- Proactively identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking products and solutions.
- Engage in promotional campaigns to attract new customers and strengthen loyalty among existing clients.
- Maintain awareness of operational risks, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and guidelines.
Requirements
- University or Associate Degree holders; or HKCEE/HKDSE graduates with at least one year of work experience, preferably within a financial institution.
- IIQE: 1, 2, & 3 is required
- Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of solid direct sales experience from any industry will also be considered.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for entry-level positions.
- Possession of relevant professional qualifications in insurance and investment is an advantage.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
- Ability to manage complex interactions effectively and professionally.
