Key Responsibilities:
- Process various banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Assist customers with their banking needs, answer inquiries, and provide information about bank products and services.
- Maintain cash drawer accuracy and reconcile cash and checks at the end of each shift.
- Identify potential fraud or suspicious activity and report accordingly.
- Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs.
- Follow all banking policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Support branch operations and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- HKDSE or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Fluent in Cantonese, basic in English and Mandarin
- Proven experience in a customer service or cash handling role preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with computers and banking software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
