Their distinguished reputation as a market leader in P&C Insurance Broking allows them to be a stable and growing player in the industry. As their business strengthens with new offices opening globally, they are hiring a Financial Controller to lead and oversee the financial operations of the business.
Your new role
- Handle financial reporting and month-end closing in accordance to IFRS and HKFRS
- Provide financial analysis and advice based on the budgets and cashflow of the firm
- Oversee the regulatory reporting and submissions
- Ensure internal controls and procedures are intact
- Maintain finance system and regular enhancements
- Handle financial control, including financial reporting and relevant tax matters
- Act as a business partner with Senior Management across the business
- Lead a small team and provide support and guidance when needed
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree with CPA Qualification is a plus
- 8 Years of Accounting & Finance experience with exposure in P&C Insurance or Insurance Brokerage firms
- Able to communicate well in English and Chinese
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and able to work as a team-player
