A top-tier insurer is looking for a team lead for enhancing the internal processes and governance for insurance and pensions business.
Your new role
- Lead the team to oversee all activities related to the eMPF onboarding process, ensuring compliance and smooth transitions.
- Develop and maintain governance frameworks, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate policies for insurance and pensions businesses.
- Develop, implement and oversee quality assurance processes for group insurance and pension operations.
- Identify and drive improvement opportunities for the processes and improve the cross-team collaborations.
- Provide training and act as a liaison with regulators and internal stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Insurance, Legal, Compliance or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in governance and/or operations role related to pensions businesses.
- Familiarity with eMPF onboarding processes, KYC/AML, outsourcing and third-party risks.
- Sound knowledge of pension and insurance products and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficient in speaking and writing English and Chinese.
