Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues using diagnostic tools, log analysis, and code debugging.
  • Manage client data and user access rights.
  • Support client onboarding: analysis, configuration, UAT, training, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Onboarding teams to support business development.
  • Deliver client training and contribute to documentation and knowledge base.
  • Monitor KPIs and escalate complex issues when needed.
  • Identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance client support.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Finance, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience in Asset Management or FinTech, with knowledge of the investment value chain.
  • Familiarity with portfolio management systems, trading platforms, and back-office workflows.
  • Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting, reading application logs, and using HTML, CSS, SQL, and Python.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, or French is a plus.
