Your new role They're looking for a seasoned and driven Talent Acquisition Manager with deep expertise in fast-paced hiring environments. You'll lead high-volume recruitment efforts, manage strategic pipelines, and partner closely with global stakeholders to meet scaling demands. The ideal candidate comes from both tech and agency backgrounds, understands the complexity of startup speed with enterprise structure, and can navigate the duality effortlessly.
What you'll need to succeed - Own end-to-end recruitment strategy across APAC and global markets
- Manage 40+ active requisitions with efficiency and quality
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to forecast talent needs and create proactive sourcing strategies
- Lead and mentor junior recruiters or talent partners
- Utilise data to drive hiring decisions and optimise recruitment funnels
- Implement tools, ATS processes, and employer branding initiatives
- Champion DEI and inclusive hiring practices
- Support onboarding and cross-functional talent projects with the People/HR team
What you'll get in return - Minimum 8 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or senior role (e.g., Talent Acquisition Manager or Senior AM)
- Strong exposure to both agency recruiting and in-house tech hiring
- Proven track record in global or MNC hiring environments
- Fluent in English and Cantonese, both spoken and written
- Comfortable handling volume and pace: managing 40+ roles concurrently
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strategic mindset paired with operational agility
