Your new role - High level of responsibility in managing and coordinating activities around bankers
- Pro-active, professional contact and co-ordination with clients, business personnel and peer counterparts
- Comprehensive diary management and scheduling of external and internal meetings/calls
- Arrangement of business travel and logistics
- Processing of expense reports and invoice in a timely manner
- Responsible for general office administrative duties, ad-hoc project and/or event
- Local support of visiting team members from other offices
What you'll need to succeed - Proven years of relevant work experience
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Chinese typing is essential
- Very good microsoft skills
