Key Responsibilities
- Define, implement, and maintain the PMO governance framework, including stage-gate processes, templates, and tools
- Oversee portfolio management, ensuring projects align with strategic objectives, budgets, timelines, and benefits realization
- Produce and present executive-level dashboards, status reports, and risk/issue logs to senior stakeholders
- Coordinate project prioritization, resource capacity planning, and demand management across the transformation portfolio
- Embed agile methodologies—Scrum, Kanban, Lean—into project delivery practices and coach teams on agile ceremonies and metrics
- Facilitate portfolio reviews, change control boards, and steering committee meetings
- Drive continuous improvement of PMO processes through lessons learned, maturity assessments, and benchmarking
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive experience in PMO leadership, program management, or large-scale transformation roles
- Proven track record managing enterprise portfolios, governance frameworks, and benefits tracking
- Strong proficiency in agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence all organizational levels
- Bachelors degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or Scrum Master certification
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, or Organizational Development
- Experience implementing ERP, CRM, or digital transformation programs
- Familiarity with portfolio management tools such as Microsoft Project Online, Jira Align, or Planview
