What you'll do:
As an Agency Analyst, you will play an essential role in supporting the administration of corporate syndication loans, project finance arrangements, aircraft or vessel financing programmes, and other specialised lending products. Your day-to-day activities will involve close coordination with both internal teams—ranging from senior supervisors to junior teammates—and external stakeholders including borrowers across APAC as well as lenders and investors around the globe. You will be responsible for ensuring that all operational tasks are executed accurately according to established procedures while maintaining meticulous records through detailed control sheets. Your ability to communicate clearly, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and respond promptly to ad hoc requests will be key factors in your success. By fostering positive relationships within your team and with external partners alike, you will contribute significantly to the smooth functioning of complex financial transactions.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues from various internal departments, product teams, and relationship managers to ensure seamless administration and monitoring of syndicated loan transactions.
- Take primary responsibility for facilities administered by the relevant operations and agency teams originating in the Asia-Pacific region, ensuring all processes are handled accurately and efficiently.
- Perform daily agency operational tasks in strict accordance with transaction documents and internal procedures, maintaining high standards of accuracy at all times.
- Execute processes that guarantee information, notifications, and instructions are properly approved and communicated to all appropriate parties for smooth operations.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive internal control sheets and checklists to monitor each step of the transaction process effectively.
- Update administrative details for all involved parties promptly, ensuring records remain current and accurate throughout the lifecycle of each facility.
- Engage with external parties such as borrowers, guarantors, lenders, and investors across multiple jurisdictions, acting as a dependable intermediary between these groups.
- Handle ad hoc assignments as directed by senior management, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to evolving business needs.
- Adhere strictly to company policies and guidelines while performing all duties, upholding the highest standards of compliance and integrity.
What you bring:

- A degree holder with at least one years experience in banking or financial institution.
