Job Description: - Provide service management and monitor service quality of IT projects
- Prepare service reports
- Responsible for vendor management
- Responsible for ISO20000 certification
- Coordinate related teams to ensure compliance with service level agreement and procedures
- Ensure IT services provided are ISO20000 compliant
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Information Technology
- Functional knowledge and implementation experience of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks is preferred
- Experience in Project Management is preferred
- Process minded, proactive, and agile are an advantage
- Self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure
