Researcher/ Consultant/ Senior Consultant

We are currently seeking for a Recruitment Researcher/ Consultant/ Senior Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and identifying top talent within banking, finance and information technology industries.

Salary: HK$18k - HK$27k

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Banking, Finance and Information Technology roles
  • Actively sourcing and screening candidates to match with our clients job openings
  • Conducting in-depth interviews to understand candidates background and preferences
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Follow-up with candidates regularly regarding the interview status and outcome
  • Prepare sales reports for Managers to review
  • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity
  • Closely work with other team members to achieve KPIs and targets

What We're Looking For:

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources, Business or related discipline
  • Experience in banking/ finance/ technology is preferred; experience in recruitment is not a must
  • Fresh graduates will be considered
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
