My Client is a digital asset management company and are currently seeking a dynamic senior sales Executive to drive investor acquisition for SGT and other tokenized funds.
The role will be based in Hong Kong and will be responsible in building Hong Kong distribution channel for the client and building up their team up in Hong Kong. Compensation is highly flexible. It is an urgent hiring

The role focuses on building relationships with professional investors, high-net-worth individuals, and institutional clients, promoting SGTs stable returns and liquidity. The role will be responsible in building up the business in Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities
• Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard professional investors and HNWI, targeting $10M+ in AUM within 12 months.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing tailored investment advice on SGTs benefits (e.g., 10% return, low volatility).
• Product Promotion: Market SGTs advantages over DeFi (per DeFiLlama data) and traditional funds, using performance metrics and SFC compliant materials.
• Sales Strategy: Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns, webinars, and events to showcase SGTs hedged strategy and liquidity.
• Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to SFC regulations, including KYC/AML and investor suitability assessments.
• Reporting: Track sales performance, client feedback, and market trends, reporting to the Head of Business Development.
Qualifications
• Experience: numerous years in financial sales, preferably in asset management, private wealth, or crypto investments. Hashkey exchange experience is a plus.
• Knowledge: Understanding of tokenized assets, blockchain, and DeFi markets; familiarity with SFC regulations is a plus.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; ability ability to explain complex financial products simply.
• Network: Established connections with HNWI or institutional investors in Hong Kong/Asia.
• Education: Bachelors degree in finance, business, or related field; CFA or equivalent is a plus.
• Language: Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.
