  • Perform detailed analysis of customer and distribution channel data to discover opportunities for business growth, customer acquisition, cross-selling, upselling, retention, and maximising customer value
  • Collaborate with businesses to gather requirements and ensure the seamless integration of analytics for timely, insight-driven decision-making in business projects
  • Transform business questions into actionable analysis and provide data-driven recommendations to drive decision-making
  • Deliver data-driven insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make recommendations for future initiatives
  • Monitor marketing campaign performance across various channels to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Take the lead to explore new techniques to improve existing campaign management, execution and automation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with a major in STEM
  • At least 10 years of experience, with relevant exposure gained from financial institutions, banks or insurance firms
  • Excellent command of Python and SQL
