Responsibilities
Licensing
- Manage agent licensing: registration, renewal, cancellation, CPD compliance.
- Liaise with HKIA & MPFA for complex cases.
- Support licensing across multiple distribution channels.
Agency Recruitment
- Validate recruitment packages and application completeness.
- Assess new recruits and calculate income.
- Handle visa applications and renewals.
- Respond to recruitment inquiries and explain contractual terms.
- Prepare and update bilingual documents and manuals.
- Assist in creating presentation materials.
Process Improvement & Digitalization
- Provide feedback on operational processes.
- Participate in system enhancement and digitalization projects.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in agency registration, recruitment, or administration.
- Languages: Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Skills:
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Bilingual documentation and manual preparation.
