Business Analyst - Digital / eCommerce / Financial Services
My client is looking to expand the Technology team in HK and currently looking for a few strong Business Analysts to join the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate process mapping and Kaizen-driven workshops for cage, pit, and back-office operations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design digital-first future-state operational models.
- Evaluate technology stacks and assess innovations such as AI, IoT, RPA, and biometrics.
- Ensure design complies with Macau SAR regulatory standards and supports long-term goals.
- Contribute to a 24-month phased implementation plan and post-implementation roadmap.
Required Qualifications
- 4-10 years of business analysis experience.
- Deep expertise in process reengineering, Kaizen, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proven track record leading digital transformation in complex settings.
- Strong skills in communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt: Expertise in process improvement, statistical analysis, and leading Kaizen initiatives.
