The Role
VP, Insurance Consultant, Private Banking
Key Accountabilities
1. Conduct training for local and banking partners and frontline staff (Business Trip 1-2 times per month if needed)
2. Build relationship with bank account managers or referrers
3. Close insurance deal and provide after sales services
4. Complete regular customer background reviews
5. Organize and update training materials
Skills & Experience
1. Bachelor degree
2. Possess an insurance license from the Insurance Authority (I.A.)
3. 10-15 years of insurance frontline related work experience (Existing TR in a brokerage company is preferred)
4. Good understanding on Hong Kong and Mainland insurance products
5. Native level Mandarin (advantage if with Fluent Chinese and English)
6. Familiar with domestic culture
