Key Responsibilities:
- Assist solicitors in the preparation of legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, contracts, and discovery materials.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information from various sources.
- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and up to date.
- Prepare for trials and hearings by compiling evidence, drafting witness lists, and organizing exhibits.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel as needed.
- Manage deadlines and ensure compliance with legal procedures and regulations.
- Assist in the review and analysis of contracts and agreements.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, filing documents, and maintaining the offices legal database.
