Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer transactions, including handling inquiries related to loans, deposits, foreign exchange, and onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure timely processing of customer transactions and requests.
  • Assist in the preparation of credit proposals and documentation for loan applications.
  • Monitor and follow up on customer accounts to ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
  • Support Relationship Managers (RMs) in maintaining strong customer relationships and gathering information to identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends that can influence business opportunities.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal meetings and client discussions.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to support RMs in showcasing banking solutions.
  • Streamline operational workflows to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned to support business objectives.


Requirements:

  • University degree in Business or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant banking experience, preferably in the corporate banking sector.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate banking products and operations.
  • Customer-oriented with a strong service mindset, capable of understanding and addressing customer needs effectively.
  • A team player with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese; knowledge of Japanese is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
