We are seeking a highly skilled Admin Manager for our client, a multinational fintech company located in Tsuen Wan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project administration, office relocation, and renovation, with proven experience in managing projects across various regions.
## Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Drive and manage administrative projects, including office relocations and renovations, ensuring successful execution across multiple regions.
- Event Management: Oversee the planning and execution of large events, ensuring a seamless experience for all participants.
- Tendering and Budgeting: Lead project tendering processes, manage budgets, control costs, and ensure compliance with organisational standards and quality assurance.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance to the administrative team, developing workflows and ensuring efficient operations within the department.
- Policy Implementation: Drive and enforce administrative policies across regions, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Decision-Making: Make informed decisions that enhance operational efficiency and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.
- Adaptability: Respond effectively to last-minute changes and challenges, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills.
## Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years and no more than 20 years of solid office management or administrative management experience.
- Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on timelines and quality.
- Event Management Expertise: Demonstrated experience in organising large-scale events, with a strong attention to detail.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial management in an administrative context.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to guide and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Decision-Making Ability: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently.
