Your Role As a Sales/Business Development Manager for Hong Kong and Taiwan, you will be responsible for engaging with local and Japanese enterprises, particularly their strategic teams, such as Corporate Planning, New Business, and R&D. You will lead field sales efforts, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth by proposing tailored solutions using a consultative, hypothesis-based approach. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team and play a key role in expanding market presence.
What You'll Need to Succeed - 3-7 years of B2B sales and business development experience, ideally with Japanese clients in Hong Kong/Taiwan.
- Proven success in engaging C-level stakeholders and crafting strategic solutions.
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese, along with either Chinese or English for communication.
- Strong ownership mindset and a passion for business expansion in a start-up environment.
- Experience in selling complex solutions such as SaaS, consulting services, or enterprise software is preferred.
- Familiarity with large enterprise structures and decision-making processes.
- Prior experience with selling Saas or research report is a plus.
