Our client, an esteemed European Private Bank, is looking for an Assistant Relationship Manager to support a Desk Head.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and client support to Relationship Manager, including maintaining and updating client transaction records/ reports as well as client data
- Act as the primary point of contact for selected clients, including managing daily administrative tasks, client servicing and ensure proper compliance guidelines
- Assist in client account opening, trade execution and account periodic review
- Ensure effective and timely management of all aspects of customer service delivery, including securities trading and other transactions
- Ensure strict compliance and legal guidelines are adhered to with all internal policies and external regulations
Requirements:
- University graduated in Business Administration or relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years relevant ARM experience in private banking/ wealth management.
- Understand the basic mechanism of common financial products and services
- Analytical, meticulous, sensitive to details and odds
- Possess of regulatory license is required. (HKSI Licensing Examination Paper 1, 7 & 8)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
