A leading Corporate Bank is hiring an SVP for their Internal Audit team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Corporate Banking Audit Team to execute risk-based audits across corporate lending portfolios.
- Develop and implement audit strategies focusing on credit risk, loan quality, underwriting standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of credit risk management practices and internal controls within Corporate Banking.
- Provide independent assurance and actionable recommendations to senior management and the Audit Committee.
- Collaborate with other audit teams and departments to ensure comprehensive coverage and alignment with ICBC Group standards.
- Stay abreast of regulatory developments and industry best practices in credit risk and audit methodologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, or related disciplines. Professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, CIA, CFA) are highly preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in internal audit, credit risk review, or corporate banking, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of corporate credit products, credit risk assessment, and regulatory requirements in Hong Kong.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
