Key Areas of Responsibilities

  • Work with Research management and staff to identify product requirements and create and own the product roadmap for Research platforms
  • Gather requirements, perform process analysis, and analyze data to drive product design
  • Translate business' requirements to user-friendly and efficient Research systems, ensuring they align with business objectives and customer needs
  • Work with development teams to ensure features are delivered on time and meet business stakeholder needs
  • Conduct user research and monitor key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure that the Research platform are integrated with other systems and tools
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement
  • Partner with Compliance teams to meet regulatory requirements
  • Work with business to define data administration and document governance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 8 - 10 years of work experience as a BA or similar role, with a focus on leading Research development projects
  • Previous experience in equity research or related firm wide client portal is essential
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex data and processes clearly.
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL to perform data analysis and identify data-driven solutions.
  • Strong understanding of product management, IT solutions, and client portal development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Proficency in Mandarin/Cantonese is advantage
  • Familiarity with data governance, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
