Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Work with Research management and staff to identify product requirements and create and own the product roadmap for Research platforms
- Gather requirements, perform process analysis, and analyze data to drive product design
- Translate business' requirements to user-friendly and efficient Research systems, ensuring they align with business objectives and customer needs
- Work with development teams to ensure features are delivered on time and meet business stakeholder needs
- Conduct user research and monitor key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure that the Research platform are integrated with other systems and tools
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement
- Partner with Compliance teams to meet regulatory requirements
- Work with business to define data administration and document governance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 8 - 10 years of work experience as a BA or similar role, with a focus on leading Research development projects
- Previous experience in equity research or related firm wide client portal is essential
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex data and processes clearly.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL to perform data analysis and identify data-driven solutions.
- Strong understanding of product management, IT solutions, and client portal development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Proficency in Mandarin/Cantonese is advantage
- Familiarity with data governance, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
