We are looking for a driven and experienced professional to join aFund Distribution and Investment Solutionsteam based in Hong Kong. This role focuses on expanding fund distribution efforts, particularly through intermediary channels.
Key Responsibilities: - Act as a key contributor to the growth of the fund distribution business, with a focus on building and managing relationships with intermediaries.
- Partner with senior sales professionals to identify business opportunities, execute client engagement strategies, and support capital raising initiatives for both proprietary and strategic partner funds.
- Cultivate and deepen relationships with existing intermediary clients while actively developing new partnerships. Provide regular updates on fund performance and market developments.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process independently, including initial outreach, responding to RFIs/RFPs, conducting investor due diligence, onboarding, and coordinating with internal teams.
- Assist in organizing fundraising roadshows, marketing campaigns, and client events in collaboration with Portfolio Managers.
- Support brand-building and lead generation through strategic marketing initiatives and business development activities.
- Maintain and update client records and engagement history using CRM tools, and report key developments to senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements: - Minimum of 7 years experience in fund distribution, with a focus on intermediary and private banking channels.
- Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin fluency required).
- Preferably licensed under the Hong Kong SFC for Type 1 and Type 4 regulated activities.
- Self-motivated, client-focused, and capable of working independently with excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of financial products and investment strategies is essential.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
