Functional Consultant - Oracle / Business Analysis / Solution Design
I'm currently helping my client looking for 2 x Functional Consultant to join the team in HK.
Responsibilities/Requirements
- Define and document business requirements for ERP solutions (Oracle), translating them into clear technical specifications.
- Ensure requirements align with actual business needs and secure approval from all relevant stakeholders.
- Manage changes to requirements, including process and system updates, ensuring all documentation remains current.
- Work with SMEs and the Digital team (e.g., application development, quality assurance) to review solution designs and test plans.
- 5-7 years of experience in solution analysis or a similar role, supporting or implementing Oracle modules.
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion and cross-functional processes is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of business processes and their application to ERP solutions.
- Proven stakeholder management skills to foster collaboration and alignment.
