About the role

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for initiating marketing campaign strategies and plannings for all communication channels to drive brand awareness, engagement and sales.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execution comprehensive marketing campaigns for both online and offline channels, including media buy, creatives production, digital, events, promotions, celebrity collaborations etc.
  • Manage and allocate campaign budgets
  • Work closely with external agencies from campaign briefing, strategic planning to performance review
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement
  • Liaise with other business units and teams to drive the synergy
  • Analyze market trends and audience insights to inform campaign strategies
Requirements
  • Degree holder in Marketing, Communications or Business related fields
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, digital, media, advertising, communications or event area, preferably from 4As agencies or large MNC
  • Creative, passionate, mature and open minded candidate
  • Excellent command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
