Business Manager, COO Team, Hedge Fund

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of strategic initiatives across trading, operations, and technology teams to support the firms growth objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new markets, brokers, trading platforms, and financial products such as equities, derivatives, and ETFs.
• Collaborate with exchanges, broker-dealers, clearing firms, and internal teams to assess and deploy trading platform solutions.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination between trading, product, legal, compliance, IT, and risk teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Drive the implementation of low-latency and co-location infrastructure to support trading in new markets.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8-10 years of experience in trading operations or trading technology project management.
• Deep knowledge of front-to-back trading workflows and infrastructure, including cash equities, derivatives, and ETFs.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in cross-functional settings.
• Experience in APAC markets is highly preferred.
